A private class allows you to work on the poses and stretches that make sense for you on your schedule and at your own pace. These private sessions allow you to ease into yoga in a safer manner, with proper alignment and a clear focus on your goals and needs.
GENTLE YOGA CLASS

Mondays 7:30pm @ Ryde Chiropractic Studio
This class works with gentle body movements. Combining awareness of breath with the movement of the body.
With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.

Suitable for Beginners and Intermediate Students
STRENGTH YOGA

Monday 6pm @ Ryde Chiropractic Studio.
This class focus on drawing out the internal strength within the body. Incorporating balances with dynamic movement to build strength, improve flexibility, improved muscle endurance and stamina.
