This class works with gentle body movements. Combining awareness of breath with the movement of the body.
With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.

This class focus on drawing out the internal strength within the body. Incorporating balances with dynamic movement to build strength, improve flexibility, improved muscle endurance and stamina.

A chance to roll out the mat outside and get some sand between our toes, Breath, Move the body...if we are lucky get a Tan [No promises!]. An uplifting practice with the sounds of the ocean as background music.Taking in natural beauty and connecting with people again.
